We want to provide you with an important update regarding our opening plans for Bless-Ed Day Academy. While we have been working diligently to prepare our facility for the start of the school year, we are currently finalizing inspections, licensing, and property approvals required by the State of Nevada. These final steps are essential to ensure that we meet every safety and compliance standard for your child’s learning environment.
Although the Clark County School District begins classes on 8/11/25, we will need to adjust our start date slightly to allow these processes to be completed. This short delay will ensure that when we open our doors, every classroom, therapy space, and learning area is fully ready, safe, and compliant.
We understand that this may require adjustments to your schedules, and we are committed to supporting our families during this transition.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and trust as we complete these final steps. Our priority remains creating a nurturing, enriching, and fully prepared environment for your child. We look forward to welcoming all of our students in person very soon.
We are deeply grateful for your continued support, encouragement, and patience as we bring this vision to life. Your belief in our work fuels our commitment to creating a space where every child is seen, valued, and empowered.
Stay connected for more updates and thank you for being part of our journey.

But our support doesn’t stop at graduation. Students are seamlessly guided into our Career Development and Independent Living Program, ensuring they are prepared for real-world success beyond the classroom with the skills, confidence, and community support to thrive independently.
What sets us apart is more than our curriculum t’s the lived expertise behind the mission. Having over two decades of experience in mental health, education, and social services it was evident that services and resources had gaps.
Through years of advocacy and deep-rooted connections with local agencies, social service providers, clinicians, and community leaders, this academy has built trust with stakeholders across Clark County consistently affirming the need for a setting like Bless-Ed Day Academy where clinical insight, trauma-informed practices, and educational innovation come together under one roof.
Feedback from parents, therapists, and referring organizations underscores the urgent demand for our model: a school that integrates academic support, emotional regulation, social development, and future-readiness, all grounded in compassion and cultural humility.
Bless-Ed Day Academy is more than a school it’s a safe haven, a launching pad, and a transformative community for students and families alike.

Our dedicated and experienced faculty are more than educators they are mentors, advocates, and specialists in supporting neurodivergent learners and students with behavioral needs.
Each team member is carefully selected for their passion, training, and proven ability to foster meaningful growth in diverse learners. Our staff is trained in evidence-based behavior modification strategies, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive teaching. They work collaboratively to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adaptive learning methods that meet each student’s unique strengths and challenges.
We believe that success looks different for every child, and our educators are committed to creating a safe, structured, and compassionate classroom environment that empowers every student to reach their full potential academically, emotionally, and socially.
Through continuous professional development, reflective practice, and family engagement, our faculty remain aligned with the latest innovations in education and behavioral support, ensuring our students receive the highest quality care and instruction.
At Bless-Ed Day Academy, the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and visitors is our highest priority. Our Emergency Operation Plan (EOP) is designed in full compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes 394.168–394.1699 and the Nevada Department of Education’s safety requirements.
Our plan outlines clear procedures for a variety of potential situations, including natural disasters, fire, medical emergencies, and other safety concerns. While certain operational details remain confidential to protect the security of our campus, we are committed to keeping families informed and involved.
We regularly conduct safety drills, review protocols with staff, and collaborate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency management agencies to ensure preparedness. Parents and guardians receive clear instructions on how we will communicate during an emergency and the steps for safe reunification with their children.
Bless-Ed Day Academy’s EOP is reviewed and updated annually to reflect best practices in school safety and to address the unique needs of our neurodivergent and behaviorally diverse student population.
Your trust matters to us, and we are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and responsive school environment.
